About Us

Owners Adam and Denise Upmeyer were married in Garner, IA in 1995. Fast forward 25 years, Adam and Denise leave a wedding dreaming about how they should open a wedding reception venue of their own. In 2021, their daughter got engaged and started looking at reception venues in the area. This search for the perfect venue solidified their dream of opening a reception venue in Garner, IA. While not in time for their daughter's wedding, their dream became a reality when construction started in the late spring of 2023. May 2024 brought the wedding of their son, the first to be held at the new venue. Up 4 Celebrations Event Center is now open and we cannot wait to help you make your special event perfect!
